Who we are

Riggr (“we”, “us”) operates riggr.co.uk, a marketing and service platform for UK telecom infrastructure workforce. For questions about this notice, email hello@riggr.co.uk.

What we collect

• Information you submit via contact forms or email (name, company, email address, phone, message).
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and fraud prevention.
• First-touch marketing attribution parameters (UTM) stored in your browser session to understand how visitors find us — this data stays in your browser and is only transmitted if you submit a contact form.

How we use it

We use enquiry data solely to respond to your message and, where relevant, to follow up on your request. We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for unsolicited marketing without consent.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and understanding marketing effectiveness. Where required by law, we rely on consent for non-essential cookies — see Cookie notice.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

International transfers

We use infrastructure hosted in the UK and EU. Where any data is processed outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR requirements.
